1. Right-click on your desktop and selectNew > Shortcut .
2. In the next step, you will be asked to give the shortcut’s location. So, type the following path in the text box and clickNext .
   
   C:\WINDOWS\system32\control.exe

3. You now need to name your shortcut (Control Panel) and clickFinish . Once you’ve created the shortcut, it will be placed on your desktop.
   
4. Next, right-click on the shortcut and selectProperties .

5. On the Shortcut tab, click onAdvanced .
